Honey Flapjack

Congratulations to Margaret Lindsey, the winner of our November 2020 Honey Recipe Competition with her recipe for Honey Flapjacks!

 Honey Flapjack

Serves: 16 Flapjacks


  • 115g Butter

  • 85g Light Brown or Golden Caster Sugar

  • 4 tbsp From The Beehive Runny Honey

  • 115g Rolled Oats

  • 85g Self Raising Flour

  • 115g Sultanas


  1. Pre-heat oven to 170 Celsius (fan) / 190 Celsius and line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.

  2. Melt Butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan (take care not to let it burn).

  3. Stir in oats, flour and sultanas and pour into prepared tin.

  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
