Serves: 16 Flapjacks
85g Light Brown or Golden Caster Sugar
4 tbsp From The Beehive Runny Honey
115g Rolled Oats
85g Self Raising Flour
Pre-heat oven to 170 Celsius (fan) / 190 Celsius and line a 20cm square tin with parchment paper.
Melt Butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan (take care not to let it burn).
Stir in oats, flour and sultanas and pour into prepared tin.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
