Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Honey Glazed Pork Chops

Serves: 2 Servings



  1. Pre heat oven to Gas Mark 4 / 180 electric.

  2. Put pork chops in a heatproof dish.

  3. Coat pork chops with From The Beehive runny honey and pour over the orange juice.

  4. Cover the heatproof dish with tin foil and cook for 45 minutes, or until cooked.

  5. Remove the tin foil to brown the chops for a further 5-10 minutes.

  6. Once browned, remove from the oven.

  7. Drain off the juices from the pork (you can use the juices to make your gravy).

  8. Serve with sides of your choice - we like roast potatoes and vegetables!
