Congratulations to Lynn Callaghan, the winner of our February 2021 Honey Recipe Competition with her recipe for a Hot Toddy!
Serves: 2 Glasses
Double shot (50ml) Scotch Whisky
100ml Hot Water
2 tbsp of Lemon
3 tbsp From The Beehive Runny Honey
1 Cinnamon Stick per glass
1 Slice of Lemon per glass
Put the kettle on and boil some water.
Mix 100ml of hot water with the whisky, lemon, honey and cloves.
Give it a good stir, using a cinnamon stick.
Pour into your cup(s) of choice.
Garnish with slice of lemon.
